AirportAssist.com Honoured at the 2025 World Luxury Awards for North & Central America

AirportAssist.com has been recognised as the Best Airport Concierge Service in North & Central America at this year’s World Luxury Awards. The announcement came during the 2025 award season, which unfolded across two very different settings and brought together people from the global travel and hospitality scene.

This recognition reflects the work done every day by our teams across airports in the region — the ground staff who manage arrivals, assist families, help with connections, and keep the experience smooth for travellers who often don’t see the effort behind it.

The award ceremonies took place a week apart, each with its own atmosphere. Our team attended both, meeting partners, industry colleagues, and long-time collaborators.

About the World Luxury Awards

The World Luxury Awards began in 2006 as a way to highlight service excellence across hospitality. The programme spans four groups — hotels, restaurants, spas, and travel. Winners are decided through a combination of public voting and evaluation carried out by industry professionals who look closely at guest feedback, the steadiness of a brand’s service, and the distinctiveness of what it offers. This mix is what gives the awards their weight within the industry.

Barcelona – 25 October 2025

The first ceremony was hosted at the InterContinental Barcelona on Montjuïc. From the terrace, you could see the National Art Museum of Catalonia, and as guests arrived, the setting felt both formal and warm. After the red-carpet arrival, the evening moved into a Mediterranean dinner, with flamenco performances adding bursts of energy between award announcements. Our regional win was announced here.

Singapore – 31 October 2025

The following week, the awards continued at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering in Singapore. The hotel’s green terraces and layered gardens created a completely different mood — quieter, more contemporary. Vincenzo, an Italian mixologist invited for the evening, handled the reception and after-party cocktails. Live music shifted through the night, transitioning from jazz sets to violin interludes. The mix of attendees made it a good opportunity for conversations and reconnecting with industry peers.

Why the Award Matters

Being named the Best Airport Concierge Service in North & Central America is important for us because it acknowledges the people on the ground who make the service work. It also places AirportAssist.com among a group of brands evaluated not just on votes, but on consistency and the overall experience delivered to travellers.
